Annual Anglers for a Cure Inshore Slam Fishing Tournament Presented by the Borland - Groover Clinic
Local anglers fish to support colon cancer research
Jacksonville, Florida: Anglers
for a Cure is now registering teams for its 5th Annual Inshore Slam Fishing Tournament to be held at Sisters Creek Marina,
City of Jacksonville, Saturday, June 19th, beginning at 5:30 a.m. Proceeds benefit the National Colorectal Cancer Research
Alliance in memory of Doug Carroll.
• Format is a triple challenge, combined weigh-in of 1 each: Redfish, Speckled
Sea Trout and Flounder
• Entry fee is $85.00 for RETURNING ENTRANTS, $170.00 for RETURNING TEAMS; NEW ENTRANTS
FEE is $100.00 per person; $200.00 per 2-person team. Single-person kayaks also welcome.
• Entry fee
includes registration, tournament meal, goody bag, hat and commemorative 5th Anniversary t-shirt* (*while supplies last).
Registering first 75 teams or until June 18th, space permitting. Registrations postmarked by June 1 eligible for special Captains
Meeting prize drawing!
• $3,000+ in cash prizes and trophies, first through fifth place.
